Works were carried out for a Housing Association for whom we have previously worked on a number of similar projects. These blocks are situated within a conservation area in St John’s Wood. Being fully occupied with limited space on site for storage meant that resident liaison was paramount.

The works included:

• Repairs to sash windows
• Construction of disabled ramp
• Roof repairs
• Renew copings
• Working adjacent to an infants school
• External decorations
